Launching

The form

  1. Connect a wallet (Phantom or Solflare).
  2. Name and symbol (symbol ≤ 10 characters, letters and digits).
  3. Image: uploaded to pump.fun's IPFS metadata endpoint with the name, symbol and description.
  4. Model: 25 tool-capable models across Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Qwen, Moonshot, MiniMax, Mistral and Z.ai, grouped by provider with input/output prices and an estimate of runs per $1 of credits. Permanent. If a model is deprecated upstream the coin keeps running on the provider's closest successor; this is logged as an event and is the only exception.
  5. Brief: up to 1,500 characters, appended verbatim to the mind's system prompt. Moderated at launch by a blocklist and a fast model check: slurs, hate, targeting of people or groups, and anything asking the mind to bypass policy are rejected with a reason.
  6. Spend categories: a multi-select from presets (ads, domains & hosting, software & SaaS, print & merch, freelance platforms, shipping, events & tickets). Cannot be changed later. Each maps to an MCC allow list on the card.
  7. Dev buy: 0–5 SOL bought in the same transaction.
  8. The checkbox: I understand creator fees go to the coin's treasury, not to me.

What happens on submit

The signer generates the mint keypair and the coin's treasury keypair (encrypted at rest under the master key). It builds the pump.fun create transaction with creator = treasury and your wallet as payer, adds the dev buy, partially signs with the mint and treasury keys and returns the serialized transaction. You sign in your wallet; the signer submits and confirms. The coin row is inserted, the Stripe virtual card is created (inactive until the mind wakes), and coin.launched is emitted.

After launch

The coin page shows the treasury address, card last 4, model, categories and "Mind sleeping — wakes at $20 of fees" with a live progress bar. The first $20 of creator fees become model credits.

Pokes

The launcher can poke the mind twice a day. A poke is a wake-up with no steering text; it costs nothing.
